Service Timeline
Pregame Survey — This survey is sent out to you before the Pregame Meeting. Composed of few basic questions concerning you, your business, and its needs, the Pregame Survey is a way for Henry and Gabi to prepare for the first meeting.
Pregame Meeting — In a brief meeting, Henry and Gabi get to know you and your company more in-depth. They discuss the potential solutions to the particular issues your business is facing. The optimal course of action and next steps are determined.
Consultation (x2) — These are the 'main' meetings. Here we will discuss your optimized business report and give our recommendations.
An Expanded Edition Consultation Includes
Excel Spreadsheets - Created by Henry and Gabi. These in-depth documents use analytical tools to find the optimal solution to your business's needs. Henry and Gabi will cover these in-depth during your main consultation meetings.
Sensitivity Report - Formed after your spreadsheet has been 'solved' these documents will provide information on how your report would change if you run into unforeseen complications.
Personalized Google Drive - Made up of organized folders including your excel spreadsheets, meeting notes, recommended action(s), and other important information involved on your road to optimizational success.
Profitability of Products and/or Services - Given you want to expand your business further and add more services or products into your brand we would be able to put together for you the possible profitability of such changes.
Margin Cost Maximization - Wanting to increase the marginal profits you make off your services and products we can help you increase these gains through analysis of your expenses and pricing strategy.
In-Depth Analysis of Expenses - Diving further into your expenses will allow us to help you decide where to invest your money in your business and how.
