Who We Are

Both having an interest in business, Henry and Gabi applied separately to the Pre-Baccalaureate Program at Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. This rigorous program allows high school students to take undergraduate classes throughout the summer. Here, at the Wharton School, Henry and Gabi both happened to sign up for the Global Economics and Prescriptive Analytics courses. Noticing that they were both in the same classes, Henry decided to reach out to Gabi in hopes of studying together for the two classes. After a few weeks of working together, they realized their shared interests in entrepreneurial endeavors. They hoped to apply what they learned during the summer to other contexts. Combining their drive to support their communities and further their business studies, they decided to educate their local communities of Oregon (Henry) and New York (Gabriela) in finance and optimization. This led to where they are now: Optimus Co.
